Business Access is celebrating our ten year anniversary by expanding!

 

Ten years ago, “workforce development technology” was practically non-existent.  As a tech company focusing solely on social service programs, we were all alone.  When we suggested people would benefit from distance learning with computers and Internet in their homes, people thought we were crazy!

 

Now, everyone recognizes the value of technology.  We’ve successfully implemented more than 150 programs.  Our In-Home Learning System has been recognized as a best practice by US DOL and US HHS, been studied by universities and foundations… and we’ve proven it works beyond people’s wildest imaginations!  Our training programs and administrative systems are utilized in ten states.

Qualifications

Development Director

The Development Director will be responsible for growth, management and performance of Business Access programs and business development.  Direct oversight of the sales team, quality of operations and contractual performance is the main focus of this leadership position.  Qualifications include:

·         Bachelor Degree (in Human Services Field preferred)

·         10+ years of operational management

·         Experience in programs funded by Department of Labor, Education and/or Justice

·         Documented experience in program model design through new program start-up management

·         Regional or national managerial scope

·         Savvy in reports and systems supported by technology

·         Proven leadership and communications skills consistent with this executive level of management

Management Liaison

The Management Liaison is responsible for providing systems and guidance to all team members within the operational division of Business Access.  This individual will be instrumental in organizational communication and assistance that promotes highly functioning teams and quality performance in operations, working both with internal staff and external customers.  Qualifications include:

·         Bachelor Degree (in Human Services Field preferred)

·         Experience in operational systems design and implementation

·         Capability to organize multiple projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail

·         RFP and proposal writing and oversight experience

·         Experience in workforce systems, educational systems or related field

·         Highly effective communication skills both in written, spoken and virtual connotations
