NetAssets is published by Human Resource Marketing Services, Inc (HRMS), an experienced workforce development employment and training service provider. Since 1993, HRMS has designed many customized, employer-based job training and employment programs funded under JTPA and WIA serving thousands of youth, adults, TANF and dislocated workers. The publication is funded without public funds and is available without membership or employment by any organization, association, or public entity.
